I just witnessed you get lost in God’s glory on Mother’s Day.

Never suspecting you’d enjoy Him so much you’d get carried away.

My heart wanted to mourn and my eyes cry buckets of tears,

But the memory of your voice began to resonate in my ears.

In my heart, I could hear you say, “Death is but the chosen door

Through which I had to pass to my new life for evermore.”
